1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Heduno ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Heduno provides a platform for content creators to monetize their content through subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, and other revenue streams. The Platform includes tools for content management, audience engagement, and payment processing.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Heduno. By uploading content, you grant Heduno a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Platform and its network features.

5. Payments and Fees

Heduno retains a platform fee from each transaction. Current fee structures are displayed on your creator dashboard. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Heduno is not responsible for payment provider policies.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is illegal, involves minors, promotes violence, or violates intellectual property rights. Heduno reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Network Distribution

If you opt into the Heduno network, your content may be promoted on partner creator sites. Network-driven sales are subject to an additional network fee as described in your dashboard.

8. Termination

Heduno may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your content will be removed from the Platform within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Heduno is provided "as is" without warranties. Heduno's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
